Meet Bailey

Growing up in a small town, you get to know everyone and I mean EVERYONE. It is a beautiful thing. Well, when I was in high school, this girl’s mom and dad taught me Sunday School at church. I remember oohing and ahhing at their adorable little bald baby and admiring the beauty of new motherhood. I would never have thought that 18 years later, I would be photographing that not-bald-any-more-but-still-as-adorable baby’s senior pictures.

We all moved from our small farming town in south eastern Utah and ended up in Southern California where it is always sunny. Spending an hour with a home-town friend just makes you feel at ease. We sat and chatted about family and friends, their health and their accomplishments. I loved it. I love that the community of a small town can be picked up any time, no matter how long you’ve been away from home.
