Memorial weekend always reminds me of my grandparents and their red Dodge truck filled to capacity with multi-colored mums. I am the sixth generation raised in my small town, so you can bet there are a lot of people to remember on Memorial Day. This one is a little sad for me because it is the first one without any of my grandparents alive. My memories of them are sweet and I cherish every picture I have with them. It reminds me why I do what I do, I take pictures to remember the important people and times of our lives.
My Grammy passed away almost a year ago. She gave me her style and love for shoes and she was always looking for a deal, so in her honor, this week we are having a sale:
Book your summer or fall sessions between May 27-and June 3 and receive digital rights free.* (That is $50 off. awesome right!)
*Applies to all one hour sessions. email me at jasperandjosephine@gmail.com to book today!
Isn’t my Grammy pretty. These pictures are her with my oldest and middle boys.
Michelle! Those pics are beautiful. Your Grandma (the feed Grandma!) was so special to my heart. She always made me feel so special even as a little girl. Great tribute! PS we are all so excited to see you for the wedding extravaganza!
Thanks Bethany. She was a dear and is missed greatly. I can’t wait to see you at the big wedding. I so wish I lived close to the U. so that you could get me dancing with your rockin’ work-outs.
