Martin Luther King High School in Riverside joined with me to help me find their most beautiful girls for a special King High School Beauty Revived campaign. It was an honor to receive more than 50 nominations. There sure are a lot of beautiful girls in Riverside! These stories spoke about kindness and courage. It was definitely hard to choose only four, but I did and the girls chosen are AH-MAZING! For the next few days, I will be introducing the girls chosen. I’m sure you will be amazed.
Eden is a confident and beautiful girl. She is smart and just amazing. I loved spending the afternoon with her!
Meet Eden. Here is her interview:
To me, beauty means wonderful things inside and out, but most importantly,your good qualities shining on the outside.
My favorite thing about myself is my blonde hair; my Natural blonde hair.
I think I was nominated because I tend to put others ahead of myself because I care, and because I take good care of myself.
What makes me beautiful is my smile, my natural blonde hair, and my compassion for helping others and pleasing others in any way I can.
I can help others feel more beautiful by telling them their great qualities; I’m talking primarily about their good morals, values, discipline, love, compassion-things like that; because after all actions do speak louder than words.
At school I’m involved in marching band, National Honor Society, and California scholarship Federation.
My three favorite stores for shopping for clothes and accessories are Target, Charming Charlie, and California basics.
I think my best friends would describe me as loyal, trustworthy, honest, wonderful,caring, and sweet.
After high school I plan to go to a community college to finish up Gen Ed and I haven’t decided on four year university after that but I want to major in dental hygiene after that.
I think the most interesting thing that has happened to me since I’ve been in high school is indirectly being declared the mark-time expert in marching band by my director.
My favorite candy is Hershey’s milk chocolate.
My favorite social media is Facebook.
My dream job is working as a dental hygienist alongside my dentist up in O.C.
So far, my biggest accomplishment in high school is keeping straight A’s for all 4 years.
